This Privacy Policy is provided to Clients to outline our policies and practices with regard to the collection, use,

“Personal Information” includes client names, addresses, phone numbers, Social Security numbers, financial
information, and other non-public data necessary for providing our services.

We collect Personal Information provided to us by Clients on forms and applications, over the phone, in person, and
electronically. We also collect information about Client transactions with us and with others.

We will not sell your Personal Information, nor will we give or share your Personal Information with anyone, except
as described below.

Use of Personal Information

The Personal Information we collect is used to: (1) provide and manage our investment advisory services; (2)
communicate with Clients regarding their accounts and our services; and (3) comply with legal and regulatory
requirements.

By providing us with Personal Information, or by accessing our website, a Client agrees to the terms of this Privacy
Policy and authorizes us to use any Personal Information provided to us in a manner consistent with this Privacy
Policy.

Sharing of Personal Information

In order to provide products and services to our Clients, and improve upon those products and services we provide, we
may disclose any Personal Information to third parties (who are not under our control) who perform related support
services for our firm and our Clients. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality of the information
and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than to perform the services we have contracted them to
provide.

We may also be required by applicable law to provide Personal Information to regulatory authorities such as the
Securities and Exchange Commission, the Internal Revenue Service, and other law enforcement authorities. Whenever
required by applicable law, we will notify any Client before providing individual Client Personal Information to such
authorities.

Employee Access to Information

The Personal Information of individual Clients is only made available to those Roble, Belko & Company employees
who need access in order to provide products and services to Clients. We ensure that our employees are trained in the
importance of maintaining the confidentiality and security of Personal Information.

Data Security

Roble, Belko & Company maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with all applicable
data security laws, regulations, and standards, including: the Pennsylvania Breach of Personal Information Notification
Act, the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, and the Federal Trade Commission’s Safeguards Rule.
